
I started training for a Disney World 10k. I have EXTREMELY flat feet, horrible feet pain, and a mix of chronic conditions. Yet, I’m pushing myself. Yes, I’m slow. Yes, I’m training on Runna with the walk run method. But I’m showing myself that despite my perceived limitations, I can be strong and healthy. And I CAN run!
